I was nervous about picking up “heavy” things…as I’ve always had back issues. Since working with you, using Kettlebells changed my way of thinking…changed my approach to being active in general. I got to know my body and its ability…. And I surprised myself! Now I have more freedom in movement. Mentally I am a lot more open to “playing” with my kids…I was always nervous being too active with, them due to my back problem – but now I take what I've learnt and I push myself just that bit further, as I've learnt to position my body correctly  …. I’ll just say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for showing me relief from my constant back discomfort I’ve had since my teen years…for showing me an activity that is not only excellent, but enjoyable and that not only improved my body, but my mind too! You’ll walk out FEELING better, BEING better.
